I am not sure if this is an Excel problem or a OSX Lion issue, so if you don't mind i will ask the question here first as my experience of quality responses from this forum is excellent.

Since Lion if i get a workbook sent to me via email, i will open it and after using it i may save it to a local folder on my OSX system, the Save As options now show that the document title is untitled.xlsx where as the original excel workbook had a specific title, which is still shown if i cancel the Save As and go back to Excel.

If i decide to save the workbook directly from the email it all works fine...

One other point if i decide not to Save the workbook and just close, later i will notice that in the Open Recent, it shows a number "untitled" workbooks.

Any ideas, this is more of an annoyance than anything else but it would be nice to fix.

Thx

John

Yes! Type 1 in a cell. Hold down Ctrl while you drag the fill handle.
