Excel Search Question

Sorry to bother you all with what I'm sure is a basic question...

The same massive sheet I asked about last week has been split in to catagories now and it has inspired another question. Is there possibly a way to run something similar to a database query and have certain info displayed. for instance, since i'm working with jewlery.. if i wanted every entry that had Sapphire in its body to show but nothing else.

Use the AutoFilter utility!

Select the Table labels.
Excel Toolbar: Data - Filter - AutoFilter


Just click each labels dropdown and select the group you want to see. To return the view to normal select "All."
