Excel sheet under one folder need to be copied to another sheet

Need help to create a macro file
under one folder (folder name will be date) may contain 10 to 15 excel files this need to be copied to another sheet - consolidated all Cloums need to be taken
condition if the excel sheet input (10-15 files ) have same headers
headers will be from A to U

This is a job for Power Query which can pull in all the files in a folder, extract the sheets needed, and Append or Merge the sheets into a single table.
