Excel Spreadsheet to software??

Hi guys I have built a pretty large excel spreadsheet which I would like to convert into a piece of software that I can possibly setup on numerous computers that may have a slightly different interface than excel. Is this possible. Do I need to get a software developer to construct what I am looking for or do you know of any piece of software that can do what I am looking for.
