Excel sum formula between time:

Hi,
col a time, b as time and c as sum range..
if >= a and <= b then sum c

How do i achieve this with time and not date.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A20>="06:00"+0),--(B1:B20<="15:00"+0),C1:C20)
