Excel Tab Order

I have cells set out on a protected sheet like a form, with some of the cells unlocked.

At the moment if I use tab it moves from unlocked cell to unlocked cell from left to right.

Is there a way of amending the tab order to ideally move from left to right for the first 10 rows of the worksheets, but then move down the columns for the remaining rows.

Or failing that to order by columns (top to bottom) rather than rows (left to right)?

Click the italics "fx" icon to the left of the formula bar to open the Functions Arguments dialog. Help is displayed for each argument.
Scrap that, just realised you can set the protection properties so that the user cannot select locked cells. Which means the user can just use the arrow keys.
