Excel Thermostat Chart

I need a thermostat chart in excel 2007

Column A1 is the date (by week)
Column B1 is the dollar value
<o> </o>
Goal is to reach t o zero.
My total is 200,000,000
Percentage: show percentage as the amount goes down by date
I want to bring the total to zero
I want the chart to change color as the number get closer to zero and the it reaches a 100%.

i have the chart but i cant g e t it work. I want it to change color as the percentage get closer to 100%
