I have a sheet with student grades that looks like the bogus version below:

StudentGradeCourseTeacherTeacher Email
John Smith95BiologySmith, Janejsmith@fake.com

I have heard there may be a way to mail-merge the data into the body of an email in Outlook, but I haven't been able to find a way to do this without an add-in or macro.

Are these necessary to do this? If so, any recommendations on where to begin?

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
I would only add that what makes this tricky is that each teacher will have multiple rows, but it is a variable number of rows. I've seen some methods where you insert a table into a World mail-merge, but the table might need to be 10 rows, or it may need to be 70.

At this point, an add-in or VBA solution would definitely work too.
