I have a list of mobile numbers in excel. I want to send a mass personalized text message to specific persons.
What is the best way to do this; is there 3rd party software that may perform this ?

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
If you still have an older working GSM cell phone or early smartphone lying around, you can possibly use it as a GSM-Modem. For sending SMS with a modem, there were many free programs written. Even Microsoft had one (SMS Sender). Be aware that your mobile provider may throttle SMS when sent in bulk.

Alternatively, search for an SMS Gateway Provider for your country. There seem to be thousands out there.
Twilio is one and seems to be popular. Here is a link with a step by step description by Twilio: Call Your Spreadsheet, Text Your Database – Using Twilio From Excel and Access
Downloadlink: GitHub - devinrader/CallYourSpreadsheet: Send text messages and make calls from Excel or Access
The given example files should be easy to adapt to other SMS Gateway Providers.
