hi all.

I have a master excel book, that gets data from 13 sources (sort of like individual sales results, linked to a master)

currently the formal works great! updates of a network drive each morning, and then distributed via email - no issues here.

Only issue is technology...
some people that receive the master each day are moving to Iphad's, and though they can open the file, the data isn't as legible or layed out like it is in the excel book.

I'm wondering if there is a simple way, to convert to a website, that will automaticly update the data from the links?
the webpage can be stored localy, the same way the master xls is.

any suggestions on a way to do this?

cheers:confused:

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
There is a built in way to save as html,
select the range then, "Save As Web Page" then you can publish to a directory of your choice.
Tick the box to re-publish automatically each time the file is saved (if that is what you want)
You can then upload the htm or html file to your webspace.

Would that work for you?

If your going the automation anywhere route I would recommend Workspace Macro Pro. I believe its the same company but its cheaper. The folks at automation anywhere are very helpful too from my experience with them.
