Excel VBA DDE function for Modbus TCP connection

Hello Experts,

I am a beginner in excel VBA and I would like to connect an excel sheet in a device in order to collect a data via Modbus TCP IP.
After some search I found that the Dynamic Data Exchange function is a main function of Modbus TCP connection, but I did not find any document / examples.
In this regard, Please I need any support from you guys, who can help me for the documentations, website, examples, etc... it will be welcomes.
