Dear Friends,
i am new to excel VBA , can u tell me where is the best place to learn EXCEL VBA .. fast ...

right now . i am managing with functions.. but i would like to make my own user defined functions .. and write the code as per my conditions...

Please can u guide me to learn excel vba .. and with in how many months i can be perfect in writing my own very first user defined function in excel.
