excel vba save backup upon opening

Greetings All - I'm looking for VBA which will save a backup copy of a spreadsheet to a different location upon opening the file. I'd like for it to retain the same name and write over a previous copy if a file had already been saved to that file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
