Excel with links to workbooks and worksheets

Can someone tell me if this is possible to do. I am using Excel 2010. I have a workbook that has a master worksheet and worksheets for individual ee's. The ee's worksheets link to the master. What I would like to do is create worksheets in a separate workbook (1 for each ee) that will link to their individual worksheet in the original workbook. And that input will be automatically put in the master worksheet. So far I have been unable to make this happen. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
