Excel07: Save as Web want spinner active

i have an Excel 2007 sheet with some control Toolbox item (eg combo box, spinner etc) on it that conntrol several cells. there is a chart also based on these changing cells.

So it is simple. Now, I want to make these control works also on web browser.
So, I save as simple or normal web page.
But I found although these spinner etc appear when I use IE to open the saved web pages, they are fixed and cannot be moved.


Is there a way to make them work also in web pages ?
