Excell sort to columns

I have a speadsheet 20000 down + string of catagories attached by ,.need to separate then to put into 50 different columns ACROSS

Under Sort & Filter, choose Custom Sort, click the Options button.
Set the orientation to left to right.
Hit OK and set your sort options.
