exclude last row contains word when select target in sheet module

I search for procedure to ignore lastrow contains NET word in lastrow, the lastrow(NET) is in column A , also the lastrow(NET) will be change in row number because I will add new rows before it . based on this part

the last row(NET) is 26 ,but as I said he lastrow(NET) will be changed in row number after add new rows.
the question is how I can exclude the last row(NET) from implementation code for it?
others meaning : when reach last row (NET) should not implement for lastrow(NET)
