Exel work book

Can anyone help me
by profession im an accountant, currently i m looking 10 branches,
i m totally confused to monitor deposit track from my branches,
i need to make excel work which i can get the deposit details by months, differences,

so how can i design the work , any idea would be appreciable.

This sounds like a fairly sizeable task as it will include training you in the hands-on use of things like pivot tables from a position which appears to be one of knowing very little about Excel.

Do you not have anyone nearby you who knows Excel and can help you?

You may end up having to hire a consultant and/or trainer if you're looking to create a robust, professional quality product.
