I tried this code and it works. But, the field names(headers) are included in the output .txt file.

DoCmd.TransferText acExportFixed, "FILE Export Specification", "SOURCE_TABLE", "C:\test\output.txt", True

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.
you set all those parameters in the "FILE Export Specification".
check mark all settings then the export/import will do it.
