Hi,
I'm exporting data from a query to Excel from Access. When the Export is completed, the Column width of my Excel spreadsheet fields are changing.

Is there a way to keep the Excel Column width from shifting upon exporting?

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
I do this routinely without any such problems. I do, however, use "Make Table queries" in Access and export the *table* to an Excel workbook.

I also tend to use Access to make the new workbook the first time I do the export.

Perhaps this is the difference.

Or you may have a posh new version of Access where this might be "A Feature, Not A Bug"
