Export from MYOB into Excel

I have exported a report into excel out of MYOB. My issue is that when I am entering formulas and getting it to calculate, it will do only one formula at a time. ie. I cannot copy the formula down the page to repeat it.
Can someone please tell me what it is that I have to do to allow this to happen.

EG. I am trying to work out what has not calculated GST correctly in a GST report.
