Exporting data from Excel to an Access table?

Can it be done via a macro or is it a one-way process (i.e you import into Access from Excel rather than export from Excel into Access)?

If it's possible, any code would be appreciated relating to a database called database1 living at c:\ and the table to import to is called table1.
