Running:
-Access 2007
-Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional

Currently our users are exporting reports one-by-one and then combining them after to a single pdf for printing.

Is there a way to export multiple reports to a single pdf file from Access?

any help is greatly appreciated!
thank you.

What did Pito Salas invent?
Pito Salas, working for Lotus, popularized what would become to be pivot tables. It was released as Lotus Improv in 1989.
Stephen Lebans has written some code that allows you to create PDFs from the Snapshot format -- not required for 2007 and higher -- and merge the reports.

I have used it to combine 3 reports into a single PDF, and email to the client. It works well but takes a while to understand how all the bits link together. If you're interested I could dig out the code and post here with some explanation.
