Hello, can someone help me with this situation because im stuck and cant find solution. Is it possible to multiply the active cell with values down based on the quantity? As I have shown in this case, the name John Smith has a value of 10. I need John Smith to appear 10 times down the column! I'm not an expert on VBA, and for that reason I'm asking for help. I would be grateful if you could help me! Thank you in advance!

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
You may not need VBA depending on why you want to do this.

Is 10 just an arbitrary value, or do you want to use 10 because that's how many times this name occurs?

If you just need a count of how many times the name occurs then you can use this formula in column B:

Excel Formula:
=IF(A1="","",COUNTIF(A:A,A1))

Thank you for your fast response. 10 is just arbitrary number . I have 150000 articles with different quantities. Like I explained I need some function or VBA that can drop the article down leading by quantity :( It’s impossible for me to do it
