Dear All,

I have a problem/question.
I'm using excel 2000 (upgrade not possible) and in case of using external datasource (Oracle via ODBC) than the max rows what can be handled is ~32K. I need ~ 50-60K.
Is there a possibility to extend somehow?

Thanks for the answers in advance!

Excel Facts

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
Hello,

I don't think you can change the rows in Excel,

But you could use 2 queries to import half the data on one sheet and the half on the over one.

By finding out how many rows you have and splitting may be via the index if any in your database returning in one <65536
and in other >65536,

You should be at least able to import the totality.

Then it may be a bit harder for you to workout calculation but still possible.
