Hello Rick, It is the second semi-colon from the left that ends my area of interest in the cell... After that, there are a varying number of semi-colons in the data. The biggest amount of characters in a cell in the batch of data that I'm currently looking at is 826... I plastered my sample data with semi-colons to test the formula I had before I asked for help combining it all together... sorry to mislead you.

Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.

Is that first semi-colon directly in front of "SITE NAME" text as some of your examples in Message #1 show? If so, this formula should work for you...

=MID(A1,FIND(";",A1)+12,FIND(";",A1,FIND(";",A1)+1)-FIND(";",A1)-12)
