This formula LEFT(A2,FIND("-",A2)-1) return required values but if there is no dash in column A, Excel returns #VALUE. How can I rewrite formula so it can return required value if there is a dash in column A but if there is no dash, return either the first two or the first three words to the left of the string?

Regards,
Sean
