Extract the number if it falls with in the time frame

Dear Experts,

I am working on a project where i want to know if we can connect passengers within 45 min ( in a seperate cell to change the minutes as require) from schedule time of arrival (STA) and actual time of arrival ( ATA ) and connecting to another train with schedule time of departure (STD ) and actual time of departure keeping in mind of date change as well.

i.e : Arrival is 10 Jan 2015 23:59 and departure on 11 June 00:15.
