I have an audit trail in every row, which appears in a cell, (extract below)
What I need to know, is in total how long an individual work item has been in each stage
- Submitted (Stage 1)
- In Progress (Stage 2)
- With QA Team (Stage 3)
- In Configuration (Stage 4)
- Final QA Check (Stage 5)
In the example above, it is not always a process that flows smoothly from one stage to another. It can go back a stage at some point. I would also need this in NETWORKDAYS if possible
Excel Formula:
04/11/2021 20:45:58 - Status change: Complete
11/4/2021 8:50:37 PM - Status change: Final QA Check
04/11/2021 11:41:08 - Status change: In configuration
04/11/2021 11:38:10 - Status change: With QA Team
04/11/2021 09:58:13 - Status change: In Progress
03/11/2021 15:06:18 - Status change: With QA Team
28/10/2021 08:58:47 - Status change: In Progress
27/10/2021 10:37:59 - Status change: With QA Team
25/10/2021 17:20:40 - Status change: In Progress
22/10/2021 14:47:50 - Status change: Submitted
