extract word from a cell and copy to a new cell...

Example: PULL MET.76MM (8/32) BRUSHED NICKEL (column G)
All I need is: 76MM to copy to column C

Example: PULL MET.224MM (M4) CHROME&BLACK (COLUMN G)
All I need is: 224MM

Please help.

Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
For your sample data try this formula:

=LEFT(MID(G1,FIND(".",G1)+1,255),FIND(" ",MID(G1,FIND(".",G1)+1,255))-1)
