Extract words from the middle of a description?

ARLINGTON AWR.24"X30" Double Door Wall Cabinet (KITCHEN) OAK

I want to extract the "Double door" from J3's description and fill into a new cell like jj3. I tried =mid(formula) as it states in the help. But it didn't work. Help....

This worked for me:

=MID(J3,23,11)

but maybe you need a more generic formula.

how to extract words from "Application" to "mshpl-team (Mail Group);" from each cell of a column if the lenghth of the words before "Application" varies in each cell. for example,

*All Roles*: = msqe-eng (Mail Group); Application Main: All Apps= msqe-ops (Mail Group); Validator: = msqe-eng (Mail Group), msqe-ops-all (Mail Group), na-esp-ai (Mail Group)
