Good morning!

I have a workbook with two spreadsheets (Tab A and B). Spreadsheets contain position numbers and some other related information for personnel. The spreadsheets are structurally identical as far as their header information (contain exact number of columns) goes.
What I need to be able to obtain is:
If any of the the position numbers (located on column G) on Tab B is not existent on Tab A (column G), then extract the entire row of information related to that position number from Tab B and paste it at the bottom of the rows on Tab A and color it green.
Second thing is if there is a new position number on Tab B, but it is not existent on A, then color the entire row on Tab A red.

I would greatly appreciate any and all assistance on this matter in advance.
