Extracting numbers in a string of text

Just discovered this forum from a friend of mine. First time posting here - would appreciate any help i can get.

Long story short - i am trying to extract numbers from a string of text. Watched a couple of youtube videos - mainly this one

Got most of the results i wanted but stuck on a few - please take a look

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Maybe it's easier to use textjoin?

=TEXTJOIN("",0,IFERROR(MID(G4,ROW(INDIRECT("1:"&LEN(G4))),1)*1,""))
