Excel Facts

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hi

I wouldn't know how to excatly, but I think you need to clarify a couple of things.
Do you open the e-mail on the web? Or can you access it with Outlook?

And is there any change your webmaster can attach the data in a text or csv-file instead?

With both Outlook and a csv-file I believe this should be doable with vba from Outlook.

If not I think it's gonna be really difficult to get it into Excel any quicker than just copy and pasting it.
