Hi. I want to isolate a text string to the left of a particular character, in this case, " - "

The text string has varing length. i.e.

Travel - 160x600
Health & Medicine - 300x250
Law & Politics - 160x600

The result would be:

Travel
Health & Medicine
Law & Politics
