Hello all,
I'm not sure if there is an answer to this but here goes:
I have a range of four cells in which time is entered. The time is work hours: in, out, in, out. In an adjacent cell I would like to display only the sum of hours worked past 18:00 hours.
For example, if the four cells read:
10:00, 14:00, 15:00, 19:00
I would like the adjacent cell to recognize that 1:00.
I already have the cells formatted to time. Can anyone help?

Thank you

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
What possible times might you have? Are they all on the same day. Could the 1st or second time be past 18:00, e.g.

16:00 20:00 20:30 23:00

or would it only be the 3rd and 4th times (or even only the 4th) that could be later than 18:00?

Sorry, I should have mentioned that; it would be the same day, and it would be only the last two cells that might go past 18:00 hours. Times could be to the minute.
