I currently have a formula that takes what is in cell F5 as my starting weight then it subtracts or adds each weeks new weight across the sheet and totals my loss or gains in AH5. =F5-LOOKUP(1000,F5:AF5)

My problem is I don't want cells I5, K5, M5, O5, Q5, S5, U5, W5, Y5, AA5, AC5, AE5 included in the above formula.

OK, those excluded cells follow the pattern of every other cell. What about the first few cells? F5:H5?

Where does the data actually start?
