I am trying to use the F9 shortcut for evaluating a formula while I am in the process of creating it and this is not doing anything after I highlight the formula in the cell and press F9? Is this not the correct shortcut for this?

Can anyone help me out with this?

Thanks!

When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
Sorry, my fault. I had my camstudio open and figured out that the problem must have been because the shortcut for stop record was "F9", but I dont quite understand why this would short out my shortcut in excel why I am working in it. I guess the commands automatically went to the camstudio first thinking I was recording screen?

Good to know though in case I am recording my screen, then I need to change my shortcut in Camstudio.

Thanks for the fast response though!
