File size limitation for Excel 2007

I am trying to determine the File size limitation for Excel 2007. For example I see that MSAccess 2007 has a file size limitation of 2 gigabytes but I have not been able to find this information on Excel.

I believe system configuration and available memory are what dictates file size limitations.
