filename from a directory

Hai I am a new comer in VBA excel

How can i import file names of a folder in a worksheet.
path and folder name is not constant. so when i run a query first folder selection window need to open, then i choose the folder.
when i select the folder, file names of that folder want to print on the running excel page. Is it possible?

first a folder option window want. (Folder open pop up window)
