fill color of cell based on 'match' in a range

Hello experts,

I'm in need of a formula to use with conditional formatting.
let's say I have number 10 in cell A3.
I need a formula that will look through cells $A2:$A6 and if true, then turn the cell 'green' or whatever color I choose.

Any suggestions?

=COUNTIF(A2:A6,A3)>1
