I made a pivot table with several different columns in the row field, so when it puts it together, there will be many blank spaces as the pivot table subdivides those fields.

Is there a way to get the pivot table to fill in all the blank spaces so that every cell is occupied with data, or do you just have to copy and paste it in yourself?

Thanks,
Ernie
