Filter cells with highlight Excel 2003

HI everyone,

Please help me in filtering all the cells with highlight. for now its all yellow but will be changed in the future. At least just to know if a cell has highlight will do.

Im not into VBA's so i hope there is short excel formula for this.

Maybe using Get.Cell, you can do it without VBA:

But it won't filter - you will have to use an autofilter yourself.
