Hello,
I have several columns containing data, all of which I am filtering with AutoFilter which was working fine, but now I am improving my spreadsheet and require someone with some knowledge.

The header for one of the columns is "Date" and the values in that column are dates eg. Feb 22. 2011. I would like to use a filter to filter ranges of these dates. Examples of what I would like to filter for are as follows:

- Show all records for Feb 22 2011
- Show all records between Feb 22 2011 and April 10 2011

can anyone lend me their expertise on this please?

Thank you in advance

How to show all formulas in Excel?
Press Ctrl+` to show all formulas. Press it again to toggle back to numbers. The grave accent is often under the tilde on US keyboards.
In the first row of header information where the filter is, click it and there should be a selection of "date filters". In it, you can select items between two dates.

The other, just click the filter item and unclick select all and then click your particular date...

Okay well I do not see any option for date filters... Im using 2003 if that makes a difference in this situation. Although I have found out that it looks like the custom then greater than and less than option works, which I did not think it would....
