Hi There,

I need your help, thanks.

When I filter data, I have a Filter with Down Arrow Button, which often blocks some of the text in the header columns. Do you know how to set up the filter or the text so I can read the full text of the header without being blocked by the Filter?

Many thanks,

Jimmy

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Hello,

This can be a bother,

It is possible to hide the arrows. In 2007, the on data tab click the filter button near the middle. to make visible agian repeat the procedure.

Short cut key strokes: (select cell inside table)
ALT-A-T

Another option is to ALT ENTER to drop a new line in same cell, which can get confusing for coding etc.

Last I got is orientating the text on an angle, right click... format cells, alignment, orientation.

Your Welcome,

I agree, this happens to be my fav as well, plus if you are using colors it looks 'cool'. 8-)

Welcome to the board, btw.
