Filter Function multiple criterie

Hi All

How can i amend this formula so it looks at a range rather than referencing each cell

=FILTER(A5:D20,(A5:A20<>H1)*(A5:A20<>H2)*(A5:A20<>H3)*(A5:A20<>H4),””)
So id like it to just come from a range
Ie (A5:A20<>H1:H4) but this doesn’t work
I tried

=FILTER(A5:D20,(A5:A20<>H1:H4),””)
