Filter not work

I have formula in F1
i try this code but dont work.

       Range("C16").AutoFilter Field:=1, Criteria1:=Range("D6").Value

What are the contents of cell D6?

in D6 has a DropDown (texts)

Why do you apply the autofilter to a one-cell range?

i need filter data based DropDown

Does the chosen option in D6 occur in the cells below cell D16? I mean, exactly, no extra spaces, ... it should match exactly.

Then your cell F1 is empty... hence, it's not bigger than 0.
Or cell F1 contains a formula but the formula returns an empty string.
