How can I filter only the cells that have text that contains the text in cell E1?

I have tried using the =FILTER =UNIQUE and =SORT functions, but I haven't had any luck trying to extract these. How can I get my answer to look like cell D6#?

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Can you please supply some sample data using the XL2BB add-in. Thanks
