I have used filter to filter the data in row, whereas there are some of the hidden data and when I copy the filtered data and paste it in another excel sheet then the hidden data are also pasted, I s there any way to paste the datas which are not hidden?

Select the data, press F5, click Special, tick Visible Cells Only then click OK. Then copy and paste.

I am attempting to use this method for the data below, but cannot eliminate the hidden values when I paste the data into a neighboring column.
Below is the data I am attempting to filter, copy and paste.

I want to filter only the Client was charged data and paste it into a seperate column without the other data coming along.


My steps were as follows:
  1. Filter the data
  2. Select the range
  3. F5 - special - visible cells only
  4. copy and paste into a neighboring column (which I want to be on the same row as the original value)
Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
