Filtered DropDown List

Hi Folks,

I'm trying to have a Dropdown list that filters out desired entries from a table:

EG. The table contains all workers' names in column A. And their function/skills in column B.
On a seperate sheet i'd like to have said dropdown, where only those Names are listed that have a eg. SOS Training.

Is this achievable without creating a separate list as a workaround?
